Gina Miles

WSHE Presents Clinician Gina Miles

Gina Miles’ competitive achievements include an individual silver medal at the 2008 Olympic Games, gold and bronze medals at the 2007 Pan American Games, World Equestrian Games and World Cup Finals. Her most famous partner, McKinlaigh was inducted into the United States Eventing Association’s Hall of Fame and Gina was named Chronicle of the Horse Eventing Horseman of the Year and is an ECP level IV certified instructor.

Gina’s passion for teaching began at a young age. She invests as much energy into teaching beginners, lifelong amateurs and recreational riders as she does those with international goals. She has coached multiple riders to medals at Young Riders eventing championships, dressage finals, equitation finals and hunter derbies. She loves to help riders who want to improve their skills while also ensuring quality time for both horse and rider. Above all, she wants everyone to have fun.

Gina graduated Cum Laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Crop Science and Ag Business. She currently owns Gold Medal Equestrian Academy in Templeton, California, where she hosts clinics and camps and trains horses and riders of all ages. She recently launched a YouTube site to make educational content more accessible to the everyday equestrian.
