Participation Information

Stalls: $180.00 per stall for the entire event (Thursday after 8 a.m. through Sunday 5 p.m.) All horse stalls must be bedded with shavings or straw and stalls are to be cleaned daily.

Security: Horse Expo provides roving security on the grounds from 7pm to 9am. However, we highly recommend locks for tack rooms etc. as this area will be accessible to the attending public during show hours.

Check-In: All horses need to arrive on Thursday, March 8th, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Enter through Gate 12 off White Avenue. You will be directed to the Barn Office at which time you will be given your stall assignment, sign your release forms, pick-up your wristbands and get directions for parking your trailer.

Be Sure to Bring: Buckets, bedding, hoses, carts, rakes, brooms, etc. You must be self-contained.
