John and wife, Karin Usko, are the co-founders of California Breakfast Burritos a non-profit dedicated to finding useful homes for captured wild burros. Through patience, trust, and matching owners with the right burros we are able to help many each year. John and Karin gentle BLM burros, rehab many others, and always seek ways to put them in purposeful lives (not just lawn ornaments or livestock guardians). John and karin are also the hosts of the annual Run With The Burros pack burro race in Inyokern, CA.
