Enter online at Horsexpo.com through June 8th. Complete the Raffle Survey. Please note there is a limit of one entry per valid email. Winners will be selected at random by computer on June 30th and notified by email/text/phone within 14-days. Official Rules and Regulations are available at horsexpo.com. Winners will be contacted via entry email in the order they are chosen, packages will be winner’s choice based on that order. Product not exchangeable (except for size where applicable) and not redeemable for cash or credit. Prize Packages will be shipped directly to the winners via the shipping address provided.

Who Can Enter?

The Riding Warehouse Western States Horse Expo Raffle is free to enter and is open to all residents of the United States, age 18 or older as of June 6th, 2025. No purchase is necessary, you need not be present to win.

Official Rules & Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to residents of the United States of America, age 18 or older as of June 6, 2025. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Western States Horse Expo, Murieta Equestrian Center, Riding Warehouse; and their advertising, promotion, and fulﬁllment agencies, and members of the immediate family or household of each of the above are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Western States Horse Expo Raffle, visit the Western States Horse Expo website at horsexpo.com. Complete the online survey, including your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, and the questionnaire, and click on the “Submit” button when finished. Entries completed during the event will be accepted until midnight on Monday, June 9th. All entries submitted become the sole property of Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center.
DRAWING. Winners will be selected via computer using a random-number algorithm. One winner will be selected for each prize. You need not be present to win. The random drawings and award of all prizes will be conducted by Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this raffle. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Winners will be contacted via entry email in the order they are chosen, packages will be winner’s choice based on that order. Product not exchangeable (except for size where applicable) and not redeemable for cash or credit. Prize Packages will be shipped directly to the winners via the shipping address provided.

In the event the winner cannot be reached at the telephone number or email address on the winner’s entry by June 30, 2025, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. No prize substitution will be offered. All winners will be notiﬁed by Western States Horse Expo staff and may be contacted by either WSHE or Riding Warehouse to arrange the sizing of and receipt of prizes. Company contact information will be provided to each winner, should direct contact need to be made. All taxes and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating and accepting a prize, so long as there is no legal prohibition, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, photograph, videotape, or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes and to the use of statements made by the prize winner relating to Western States Horse Expo, Murieta Equestrian Center, Riding Warehouse, any prize donor organizations or their representatives, and releases any and all rights to said use without further compensation.
DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES. Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center reserves the right to distribute to Riding Warehouse certain information about raffle entrants, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All entrants release Western States Horse Expo, Murieta Equestrian Center, Riding Warehouse and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Raffle from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Raffle and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center are not responsible for prize quality or utility. Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center is not responsible for product condition or damage once a prize has been determined and presented to the winner. It shall be the responsibility of the winner to place any applicable warranty claims directly with the appropriate prize donor company, product manufacturer, or service provider. Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by computer users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Raffle or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Raffle. Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the raffle, or defraud Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center in any way may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualiﬁed and will forfeit any prizes won. If, for any reason, the raffle is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation: infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Raffle, Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Raffle. Western States Horse Expo and Murieta Equestrian Center is not responsible for any errors as part of the random drawing by computer.
DISPUTES. As a condition of participating in this Raffle, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Sacramento County, CA, having jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of California without regard for doctrines of Conﬂict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, and the participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
